Well, it is a tribute.
it's one of my cousin michael's characters. i told him if he wanted to, i could draw up one of his characters for hom one day. then, low and behold, he brought me something on notebook paper asking me to draw his OC in my style.

so i did ^^

he's got no name yet, but when i find out what it is, i'll edit the title.

he looks like the son of Revy "two-hands" from Black Lagoon.
....or the spawn of ZxVamp. you decide.
hair colors and tone are all chosen by my cousin.
all quirks and looks developed by my cousin.
all i did was you his version as a refrence....all i added was scratches and bandages. other than that, it's all from his original design ^^
